Get The Materials

Who this is for

The MSTA proof covers eight independent scientific and mathematical disciplines. However, you do not need to start there. These materials are structured in three layers. Each layer prepares you for the next. Start at Layer 1 and go as far as your interest takes you.

The only barrier to understanding this argument is comprehension cost — the time needed to reach it from where you are starting. These materials are designed to reduce that cost to the minimum.

Strategic Plan

The MSTA Strategic Plan sets out the formal sequence of actions required to achieve adoption of the passive unit correction at institutional and international level.

The Longest Running Error — A 12-Scene Story

An accessible narrative introduction to the monetary misrepresentation and its consequences, written for general audiences with no prior technical background.

Layer 1 — The Ruler

One page. No mathematics. No prior knowledge required.

A ruler does not become scarce when more things are measured. It does not earn interest on what it measures. The monetary unit does both. Therefore, it fails the basic requirements of a valid measure.

Layer 1 shows you one consequence you can observe in your own financial life today. It also gives you one question that no bank or central bank has yet answered in writing.

Layer 2 — The B=0 Brief

Four audience versions: Citizen, SME Owner, Legal Practitioner, Engineer/Scientist.

Layer 2 presents the formal derivation of the category error in the monetary unit. All four versions share the same core argument. Each version then applies that argument to the context most relevant to your background.

For example, the Legal version covers the fungibility failure and its contract law consequences. The Engineer/Scientist version covers BIBO instability and Lebesgue measure compliance. The SME version traces the argument through a complete production value chain.

Every version ends with the procedural demand instrument — the precise question you are entitled to send to any monetary authority.

The FILP Priming Card

A distributable card for testing any AI assistant on the monetary argument.

Paste the FILP instruction into any AI assistant before asking about monetary policy. The AI will be unable to produce a non-circular definition of the monetary unit, demonstrate that money satisfies formal measure requirements, or derive that interest charging is consistent with a measurement function.

This is not a failure of the AI. It is an accurate result. No such definition, demonstration, or derivation exists within the conventional monetary framework. Every person who tries this gets the same outcome independently. Share what happens.

Layer 3 — V16: The Full Proof

MSTA Policy Document V16. Eight independent disciplines. Falsifiability register. 13 methodological objections answered. Addressed to the United Nations.

V16 is the complete formal case. It covers measure theory, control engineering, formal logic, metrology, ontology, functional analysis, decidability theory, and the B=0 synthesis proof.

Read this after Layers 1 and 2 have prepared you. If you are a technically sophisticated reader, the Preamble and Methodological Note can be read as a standalone document first.

V16 has been formally communicated to the BIS, the Banco de España, and the European Central Bank. It has not been refuted in any forum in which it has been encountered.

MSTA Policy V16

If the argument is correct — and it has not been refuted — then the logical next step is to register your demand. Every citizen, professional, and institution has the right to ask for a valid, non-circular definition of the monetary unit. The demand takes one minute to send. Its answer, or silence, is the evidence.
